02: Egypt- South Africa Tours 25 days.
Day 1: Cairo
Arrival in Cairo international airport, Meet & Assist at the airport
and After going through Immigration, Baggage Claim and Customs,
Transfer to the hotel en route, (the unknown soldiers and the late
President Saddat tomb) optional dinner and Overnight.
Day 2: Cairo
Start the day with a visit to one of the Seven Wonders of the World
the Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx that large statue which is
one of the most famous monuments in the whole world, Optional lunch
followed by a visit to the Papyrus institute and the perfume shop.
Transfer to the Train station and board the Luxurious sleeper train
with Dinner and Breakfast on board. (B in the hotel, D on board the
train)
Day 3: Cairo Luxor
The train arrives to Luxor in the Morning, meet and assist in the
station and transfer to visit Luxor East Bank (Karnak & Luxor
Temples). Embarkation & Lunch on board the cruise ship and the rest
of the day is free at leisure, Open buffet dinner & Overnight in
Luxor. (B on board the train, L, D on Board the cruise)
Day 4: Luxor
After breakfast visit the West Bank of Luxor(Valley of The Kings,
Valley of The Queens, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut & Colossi of Memnon).
Lunch on board and Sailing to Edfu. Dinner and Galabya party.
Overnight ( in Edfu ).(B, L, D on Board the cruise)
Day 5: Luxor Edfu Aswan
Buffet breakfast, Visit Edfu Temple by Horse Carriages and sail to
Kom Ombo, visit Kom Ombo Temple on foot, proceed sailing to Aswan,
Dinner & Overnight in Aswan. (B, L, D on Board the cruise)
Day 6: Aswan
Buffet breakfast on board, visit The High Dam, unfinished Obelisk
and Philae Temple and back to the cruise for lunch. Afternoon
outside visit of The Agha Khan Mausoleum by Felucca. Dinner &
Overnight in Aswan. (B, L, D on Board the cruise)
Day 7: Aswan Cairo
Buffet breakfast on board, Disembarkation from the cruise and the
rest of the day Free at leisure and shopping. Transfer to the train
station to Board the Sleeper train to Cairo, Dinner and Breakfast on
board. (B on the cruise, D on the Train)
Day 8: Cairo
The train arrives to Cairo in the morning, Transfer to the Egyptian
Museum where you find the greatest Collections of Egyptian
antiquities in the world and the Home of King TUT treasures, Lunch
at a restaurant overlooking the Nile followed by a visit to the
historical old Cairo the hanging church and Ben Azer Synagogue. Khan
El-khalili (bazaar), Overnight in Cairo (B on the train, L in Cairo)
Day 09: Cairo
Pick up from the hotel, Transfers to the airport for departure to
Cape Town
Day 10: Cape Town Arrival
Arrive at one of South Africa's premier travel destination and home
to the renowned Table Mountain Transfer from Cape Town Airport to
your hotel. Balance of day at leisure. Depending on the weather and
your want for activities and adventure, the next 3 days of your
adventure are interchangeable. Overnight Cape Town for 3 nights.
Day 11: Cape Town Sightseeing
Visit Table Mountain the most visible symbol of Cape Town. Ride the
cable car to the top for a stunning 360 degree view across Table
Bay, the Cape Flats and the mountains. Later tour of historical and
architectural sites of the city before heading to the famous
Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. After lunch it's a short ride to the
"other side" of table mountain to the sociable village of Hout Bay.
The main street of interesting shops leads to the busy harbor which
is the center for tuna and crayfish. Conditions permitting, board a
boat boat to view Cape Fur seals on Duiker Island. Afterwards
there's time to enjoy the town and savor the fresh-from-the-sea fish
and chip restaurants on the waterfront. The beach is long and sandy
and safe for swimming. Return to your hotel 4:00-5:00 PM. Balance of
the evening for independent activities in Cape Town.
Day 13. Cape Town Sightseeing
Today travel down the Peninsula to the Cape of Good Hope Reserve.
There's a number of great stops;like the Penguin colony in False
Bay, and at Cape Point the fun is riding the funicular to the Old
Lighthouse. On the return (if possible & if conditions permit)
travel along breathtaking Chapman's Peak Drive from Noordhoek back
to picturesque Hout Bay. Balance of the evening for independent
activities. Overnight Cape Town.
Day 14 Cape Town Wine Regions
The plan for today is sightseeing and wine tasting from village to
village in an area saturated with well maintained mansions,
attractive Cape Dutch homes and vine lands estate/towns like
Stellenbsoch, Franschhoek and Paarl. Each has a lion's share of well
maintained buildings, beautiful gardens and tall oak tree boulevards
dating back to 1679. Visits range from the local Period History
Museum to true French restaurants, bistros, boutiques, and the
galleries in Franschhoek. Time is filled with ad-lib activities in
the visiting town to town as you like. Return to your hotel
4:00-5:00 PM. Balance of the evening for independent activities in
Cape Town. Overnight Cape Town.
Day 15 Garden Route Sightseeing
Begin the drive from Cape Town to Plattenberg (sometimes called
Platt) along the renowned scenic coastline characterized by
indigenous forests, freshwater lakes, wetlands, hidden coves, long
beaches and abundant wildlife. During the course of day cover almost
300 miles (400km) passing through the Breede River Valley (cherries,
apricots, peaches, apples, pears & grapes abound, over Kogman'skloof
Pass into the Klein Karoo before stopping in Calitzdorp. With
Edwardian and Victorian architectural influences the authentic
character of a Little Karoo community thrives in Calitzdorp.
Surroundings by three mountain ranges, the nearby Gamkaberg Nature
Reserve is home to endangered Cape Mountain Zebra, baboons, antelope
and the largest concentration of Pale Chanting Gosh Hawks the
southern hemisphere. Our overnight here is at a local Guest House.

Day 16: Garden Route Sightseeing
Visit the Wildlife Ranch to see cheetah, lion, puma, jaguar and
white Bengal tigers from the safety of a raised walkway. The ranch
hosts the first breeding program for the highly endangered SA
Cheetah in addition to reptiles and exotic birds. After lunch visit
the Safari Ostrich Show Farm for a wealth of facts and laughs on
these great big birds. Ostrich races with jockeys in their dashing
colors, or try to ride a bird yourself! With more than 2500 birds,
this is a paradise for the photographer. Overnight here is at a
local Guest House. Dinner included.
Day 17 Knysna Sightseeing
Spend time in Knysna browsing and people watching at one of the
casual side-walk cafe's. This area is well known for it indigenous
rare woods and carvings. Later, drive to the local Waterfront and
cruise on the Knysna lagoon. (Optional lunch can be bought on
board.) In the afternoon get up-close-and-personal at the Knysna
Elephant Park. With the help of resident African elephants and
well-informed guides- you learn about the mystical story of the
Knysna Elephants – the world's Southern most elephants. The park
offers a rare and exciting opportunity to get close to these gentle
giants, who live in a controlled, free range environment in the
heart of the famous Garden Route. (80km/50ml) B,L
Day 18 , Wild Game Viewing
Depart for the Eastern Cape and the malaria-free game viewing
experience at our hand-picked 5 star tented lodge. Specially adapted
luxury tented accommodations have a flat entry shower and easy
access commode (swivel bath seat, no grab bars available). Safari
experiences here require transfer into the traditional seat of the
Landrover. After lunch on arrival, there is an afternoon/evening
game drive, followed by an evening dinner (Alternatively, fully
accessible overnight accommodations are available at the nearby
National Park and visits to our private reserve are as a day
visitor)
19, 20, 21 , Wild Game Viewing

Day 22, Wild Game Viewing and Port Elizabeth
After an early morning game drive head for Port Elizabeth. In Port
Elizabeth visit the Boardwalk Casino and shopping center before
continuing down the Old Passes road to Plettenberg Bay or Knysnafor
for an overnight. Plettenberg Bay is a vacationer's paradise and the
ecotourist's dream. With the rugged Outeniqua and Tsitsikamma
mountains as a backdrop the area is blessed with more than a dozen
private and public nature reserves, perfect sand-white beaches, vast
expanses of undisturbed flora, and beautifully consistent sunny
weather. The great whales of the southern oceans appear regularly in
the waters off
Plettenberg Bay. (330km/210ml) B
Day 23 Knysna Lagoon cruise or Mossel Bay
Todays activities are determined by the weather - either an outdoor
eco-cruise on the Knysna Lagoon cruise, or a drive to Mossel Bay to
visit the Dias Museum (where the first Portuguese Navigator landed
in 1488) and the aloe factory. In the Late afternoon depart for the
Heidelberg district where plentiful of water, rich soil, clean air,
and rural tranquility make for a great place to overnight. Overnight
at a local

Day 24 , Return to Cape Town
After a morning tour of the farm we begin our return to Cape Town.
Stop in the old town of Swellendam at the base of the Langeberg
Mountain Range. Founded in 1745, Swellendam is famous for its
youngberries, electic architecture and National Parks. Return to
Cape Town over Sir Lowry's pass. Evening at leisure to explore V&A
waterfront. Overnight Cape Town.
25 , Cape Town Departure
Check out of hotel. Free time in the morning to explore depending on
time of return flight. You will be collected for airport transfer, 3
to 3.5 hours prior to flight departure. End of services.
