STSZVT 03 Quad Bike Trail - Monde Village Cultural Tour
The vast majority of Zimbabwe still lives a subsistence lifestyle
and no visit is complete without meeting the people who make up our
country.
Sardius safaris takes the pleasure of taking you to a real
functional present day village were one gets to know the daily life
and activities of the Ndebele and the Namibia tribes who occupies
this area.
This tour is educative and is full of fun as clients get the
opportunity to ride a Quad Bike which is a highlight of the trip and
no license is required to ride the quad bikes as they are driven off
road using the sand/gravel road in the village.
The name of this village is called Monde and is located 15kms from
Victoria Falls town Pick up is by coaches or mini buses from the
hotel to the point where our experienced guides will be waiting with
Quad bikes (this is were the adventure begins) Clients would each
ride a quad bike following behind the guide who will take them to
meet the villagers, the school, the borehole (the only source of
water) and see the fields. The friendly people of this village would
be more than happy to show you their way of living, which remains
unchanged for over 100 years.
The 2½ hour trip is concluded with lunch (optional), while viewing
the breath taking sights of the Victoria Falls and natural
surroundings, which remains unspoiled. You will be then be
transferred back to the comfort of your hotel in our luxury
air-conditioned buses.
