days Samburu, Ark, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara
This safari takes you to the beautiful north, the central Kenya, Lake Nakuru in the Rift Valley and to Masai Mara, You will enjoy the rugged north- Samburu park and its abundance wildlife, Breathtaking Nakuru Lake with flamingos as you also get a chance to see the Rhinos . Aberdare National Park provides you with an opportunity for night game viewing and also a close range game viewing through the corridors of your Hotel room-the Ark or at at the Tree Top hotel.
Day 1:Nairobi- Meet at the airport and transferred
to the Stanley hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day :2 After breakfast ,depart and drive north towards
Mt. Kenya for Samburu Game Reserve. Lunch at lodge with
afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Serena
lodge.
Day 3: Samburu
Full day in Samburu with game drives searching for the rare
liver red reticulated giraffe, Grevy's Zebra, Beisa Oryx,
Blue flanked Somali Ostrich, Vulturine Guinea Fowl, Longneck
Gerenuk. See lions , Cheetah, Leopards among plenty of other
plains game. [optional visits to Samburu villages]. All
meals and overnight at Samburu Serena lodge or similar.
Day 4:Samburu /Aberdares:
Depart and drive to Aberdare National Park. Lunch at
Aberdare Country club base hotel .. Afternoon transfer
to the Ark lodge to spend the rest of the afternoon
from the lodge balcony watching wild life at the flood
lit Saltlick Water hole - e.g. elephants, rhino, buffalo
and giant hogs. . Dinner and overnight at Ark Lodge
or similar.
Day 5:Aberdares/Lake Nakuru
Depart Ark lodge for breakfast at Country Club and leave
for Lake Nakuru via Thompson falls arriving in time
for lunch, afternoon game drive at the Pink lake referred
so for it's thousands of pink flamingos and other bird-life-it's
a Bird watchers paradise. It has a large number of animals,
all the "big five" except the elephant can
be seen here.Dinner and overnight at Lion Hill Lodge
or similar.
Day 6:Lake Nakuru/Mara
After breakfast, depart for Masai Mara Game Reserve arriving
for lunch and afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight
at Mara sopa/Mara sarova lodge.
Day 7: Maasai Mara Full day game drive including
visit to hippo pool. All meals and overnight at Mara sopa
lodge.
Day 8: Mara-Nairobi
After breakfast depart for Nairobi arriving in early afternoon.Lunch
at the Worlds famous and renowed Carnivore restaurant. After
your lunch and leisure, transfer to the airport for flight
back home or your next destination.End of service
