General Terms & Conditions

RESERVATIONS

Deposit�s of 35%of the total tour cost per person is required at the time of booking. The balance should be paid at least 30 days before the tour commences.

COSTS

This includes all expenses in respect of the driver and the vehicle as per the tour-program. Entrance fee to the national park and meals are included unless we are advised otherwise.

TRANSPORTATION

Minibus, cars, coaches, land rovers or trucks will be provided according to the number of clients or the route being taken. The right to employ the services of subcontractors is reserved. English speaking driver/ guides are provided.

CANCELLATION

Any money paid will be refundable less the cost of cancellation fee levied by the hotels or food expenses. The rates include all expenses arising from the driver and vehicle as per the itinerary, meals on safari, and entrance fee to game reserves & national parks.

ALTERATION OF THE TOUR

The company reserves the right to change the arrangement of the route or cancel the operations of scheduled tour should conditions dictate. The company also reserves the right to decline to accept on retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which case an equitable amount will be refunded. Prices are reflections on tariffs and any other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

ACCOMMODATION

This is based on two persons sharing a twin room /tent. Rooms with private baths are provided and single rooms are available at an additional cost but cannot be guaranteed.

LIABILITY

The company and its agents act only as agents of the passenger in full matters related to hotel/lodge accommodation, tours, transport, etc, and shall not be liable for any injury, delays, damage or loss in any way.

The company liability to passengers carried in its own vehicle is governed by the laws of the country in which the tour takes place and not in any other country. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of this country in which the action takes place. The company reserves the right to employ sub contractors for all or part of the services. We advise our clients to take out an insurance policy to cover medical expenses, loss of luggage and personal accidents.
